Where do you ship to?

Currently, DEW ships beautiful, handcrafted jewellery from Torino, Italy to all countries within Europe.

If you are located outside of Europe and are interested in placing an order, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@dewdesignjewellery.com and we will do our best to arrange a special shipment for you.

Free Shipping Offer

Good news! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Europe totaling €150 or more. The free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the threshold.

Local Delivery in Torino (Italy)

Are you based in or around Torino? If you'd prefer to collect your order directly from my studio and save on shipping costs, you can!

Simply select the "Local delivery" option during the checkout process.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to arrange a convenient day and time for you to collect your piece/s.

When will my order ship?

This is the most important question! Because every piece of DEW jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted in a lab here inTorino, shipping times can vary depending on whether the piece is currently in stock or made specially for you.

My Promise: I always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, while ensuring the highest quality.

How it Works

In-Stock Items: Many pieces are kept in small batches and are ready to go. These typically ship within 2-4 business days of your order being placed (or will be ready for pickup in this timeframe).

Made-to-Order / Small Batch Items: Some pieces, especially rings in specific sizes or items from newer collections, may be created just for you after you place your order. This process takes a little longer. These items usually ship (or are ready for pickup) within 2-4 weeks.

Check the Product Page: The most accurate shipping estimate for each specific piece will always be clearly stated on its product page. Please check this information before placing your order so you know exactly when to expect your new jewellery.

What if my order contains multiple items with different shipping times?

To be as mindful as possible, orders containing items with varying shipping timelines will be shipped together once all pieces are ready. The shipping time for your entire order will be based on the item with the longest estimated production time.

Need something sooner? If you need an in-stock item to arrive more quickly, I recommend placing a separate order for that piece.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to you. (Please note: Tracking information is not applicable for Local Pickup orders).
