Refund policy

Our hope is that you absolutely love your DEW jewellery. However, we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. Here's how returns and exchanges work:

Your Right to Return

In line with EU consumer rights, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty:

Custom-made or personalized orders.

Items purchased on sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us First: Please email me at hello@dewdesignjewellery.com within the 14-day timeframe, letting me know your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please do not send items back without contacting me first.
  2. Package Your Return: Once I've confirmed your return, please package the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Arrange Return Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original, unworn condition, I will process your refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size (for rings) or another piece, please follow the return process above.

Once we receive your returned item, we will get in touch to arrange the exchange. Please note that you may need to cover the shipping costs for the new item being sent out to you.

Faulty Items

We take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact me immediately at hello@dewdesignjewellery.com with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
